I shall post on this blog how films are produced in the EU Film Community. It's a different landscape comparable to producing in Hollywood.
All productions in the EU are produced through Government funding and thru international co-productions.
Any filmmaker outside of the EU wishing to create a film on the continent, must first secure an EU film partner. That is the first step.and a long step.
